The Stellar Scorecard^TM

The Stellar Scorecard System is designed to link sustainability to organizational strategy. Currently, a majority of organizations regard sustainability initiatives as ancillary to their core strategy, and as a result, sustainability initiatives are under-resourced compared to other “core” initiatives. Through the development of strategy maps and a “balanced scorecard,” organizations will gain insight into, and tools to measure, the tangible and intangible aspects of their operations that drive performance.
